Sharisse Tracey is a mother of four, an author, a professor of psychology and English, and a perpetual teenager who was raised in the 1970s and '80s in Pasadena, California. She is currently working on her memoir, IN SPITE OF, in upstate New York. Sharisse's life story has been featured in live theater as well as NPR.
